Delivery Information
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERINCING OCCASIONAL SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COURIER SHORTAGES AND STRIKES. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WORKING DAYS FOR UK MAIL DELIVERIES.
ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES MAY ALSO TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN USUAL, SO PLEASE ALLOW ADEQUATE TIME FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE CONTACTING US FOR AN UPDATE.
Postage will be calculated at checkout, depending on the weight, size and your location.
Smaller items including but not limited to, throttles, bolts, brake levers etc, will be shipped with Royal Mail, on a Royal Mail 1st Class Service (Unless selected otherwise by consumer). Please bear in mind this service is not a tracked service and you will only get delivery confirmation once delivery is attempted.
Larger items including but not limited to mudguards, tyres, batteries, frames, wheel sets etc, will be shipped with our next day courier, prices from £8.50
To guarantee your order to be dispatched same day, orders must be placed before 11am Monday – Friday. (Next day orders placed on a Friday will be delivered by UK Mail/APC on the next working day).
Any orders for next day placed after 11am will not be guaranteed for dispatch that day and could be sent the next working day.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our UK HQ warehouse, located in the South East, UK.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping isn’t something that we offer right now. Please head to https://osetbikes.com/gb/dealers/distributors/ to locate your nearest distributor who will be more then happy to help you with your enquiry!
What are your handling times and how long does it take for items to arrive?
We are open from 8-5, Monday – Friday, and will aim to get your order out to you the same day or the next working day.
Orders placed on a weekend will be sent the next working day Monday, (or Tuesday if this falls on a bank holiday weekend). Please allow some extra time during busier times of the year.
Next day shipping is available Monday – Thursday. Next day orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, (or Tuesday if this falls on a bank holiday weekend).
How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from £4.99 for smaller items in the post, £6.99 via DHL/UK Mail (Tracking Link) or for larger/heavier items £8.99 via (DHL UK MAIL / APC Overnight - Tracking)
Please note that shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. The cost will vary depending on shipment weight, size and your destination. The prices above show our minimum costs.
Can you combine shipping on more than one item?
Absolutely! Add as much as you like to your basket and checkout! We can ship up to 30kg+ to mainland UK!
Do you put receipts/invoices in the package?
You will receive a copy of your invoice in your parcel and you should also receive a confirmation email from our website automatically. If nothing is received or you loose a copy, please just get in touch and we will be more then happy to resend.
Any other information we should know about?
Delivery will be made to the address specified on your order, please check your delivery address when placing the order as this cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
OSET Bikes cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the couriers although we will do our upmost to keep you informed of any delays that we are aware of, please provide your most up to date contact details in case we do need to get through to you urgently.
